Shipping policy

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $10 in Pflugerville and neighboring areas. Deliveries are done on Thursdays between 10a and 1p (unless otherwise communicated). You'll be contacted via email or text to confirm your delivery time. Additionally, someone must be home to acknowledge receipt of the order!
If, at checkout, the option for local delivery does not appear for you, please send an email via the contact form. It might mean that you're out of the delivery area, but alternate arrangements can be made! Current zip codes for local delivery include:
78660, 78664, 78728, 78727.

Shipping (General)
Both UPS and USPS are available as shipping options. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and your zip code.

Shipping in High Temperatures
In the Summer, all candles and wax melts will only have the option for priority mail shipping and will be shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure that there is no melted state upon arrival! We want you to enjoy your purchase so this policy is to make sure of that!

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days unless otherwise stated. Once the order is processed, you'll receive an email with your tracking #. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the shipping courier to update their end so that you can watch your package as it makes it through their system and on its way to you!

Holiday Shipping
During the holidays, shipping processes can take quite a bit longer than normal, so I do advise ordering ahead of time to ensure you get your order when you need it!

Broken Items
No items have ever arrived broken or damaged, however, if you do receive a damaged order, please send an email with your order number, detailed pictures of the damaged item, as well as the box it was shipped in, to jenn AT Once your email is reviewed, I will be sure to contact you about the next steps.
