A little comfort is on its way. Here’s how to follow your Soul of a Home order from our hands to your home.
Check your order status
Sign in to your customer account, choose your order, and view its latest status and available shipment tracking.
Checked out as a guest?
Open your order confirmation email and select the order-status link to view your order. Once tracking has been added, you can also follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. No public order lookup form is needed.
If your shipment is traveling with USPS, use the carrier link in your shipping email to see its latest tracking updates. For another carrier, follow that carrier’s link in the same email.
Not seeing tracking yet?
Tracking becomes available when tracking information is added to your shipment. Your order confirmation does not mean your package has shipped. Check your inbox and spam folder for your shipping confirmation.
