As administrator of Your Family Matters, a marriage and family ministry, I am responsible for gifts etc. when we host events. In September we hosted a Marriage Conference in Round Rock. Early in the planning stage of the conference I knew that I would have Soul of a Home products in the gift bags. When I placed the order, I had all confidence that I would not be disappointed. I couldn’t have been more pleased! The order was customized precisely to my specifications and beyond, right down to personalized labels featuring the conference’s name, date and location. Soul of a Home provides a wonderful product and great customer service. We ordered wedding candles with little time to spare. Jenn was great with suggestions. The candles were excellent quality and arrived well packed and on time. The candles arrived with cold packs, so they were protected from extreme heat during the hot July weather. All wedding guests were thrilled to select one of the beautiful candles for their own. The venue staff was impressed with the quality and beauty of each candle. Months later, we are still receiving positive feedback about the candle presentation and the great scents. We collaborated with Jenn for a Mother's Day gift box and I would highly recommend both her products and her service!
