A few years ago, my husband and I cut down our very first (& last!) Christmas tree. We visited a local tree farm where we got to pick out our very own spruce. I remember several things about that day. It was a hot Texas December day, which will always stick out in my mind, but more than anything, the smell as we walked through the field was so very pleasant. I wanted to capture that fresh-cut tree aroma, that aroma that evokes the holiday season. Fresh Cut Christmas brings it all home with lovely notes of fresh spruce, cypress, and cedar.
